A senior consultant sits down with your hiring manager to understand the role, the team and the non-negotiables.

Source & screen

We tap our vetted network and run targeted search. Every candidate is technically screened before you see a CV.

Shortlist

A tight shortlist — typically 3-6 candidates — with notes, references and salary expectations. Ready within 5 working days.

Offer & aftercare

We manage offer negotiations, resignation support, onboarding handover — and check in through the first six months.

Engagement models

Flexible commercials, tailored to the role and the risk profile.

Not every hire fits the same commercial model. We offer contingent, retained and embedded models — and are happy to combine them across a single hiring programme.

We'll always recommend the model that's right for you, even where it's not the most lucrative for us.
